Training
Beyond Bullying conducts training in workplace bullying awareness for people at all levels of an organisation. Training is typically run in small groups (12-15 people), and is tailored to the specific needs of the organisation. Usually we visit the workplace  to assess the organisation's and the learners' needs and then discuss the proposed training. Packages may include training on general bullying awareness; EEO, harassment and discrimination; or training specific to policies and procedures, to just give a few examples.

Keynote addresses
We are available to give keynote addresses on current topics in workplace bullying at your organisation’s events, and are experienced at giving interactive, fun, evidence-based talks that capitalise on our skills in science, research and training, but also have a practical focus.

Assessments and policy reviews
Beyond Bullying also provides tailored services for organisations seeking independent advice on their existing or developing bullying policies and procedures. This may involve an assessment of current problems, the existing procedures in place, and designing more effective procedures to identifying and controlling workplace bullying. We can advise on how to manage workplace bullying within an organisation’s existing risk management framework.

Workplace recovery
Beyond Bullying can provide assistance to organisations when instances of bullying, harassment or other unacceptable behaviours occur. Our Services include specific programs for investigation, recovery, and learning. We work within a network of highly skilled professionals who can provide timely and effective support.
