In the news: February 5 2010:
"Bullying lead to death of waitress:court". Read this article outlining the prosecution under OHS legislation of co-workers and business owners. It is reported (SMH 5 Feb 2010) that a Melbourne waitress was bullied at work, and that this was linked to her death.
