Services
Our services include workplace investigations, preparation of expert opinions, policy and procedure assessment and review, consultancy advice, keynote addresses and training.
Workplace investigations
Independent investigations need to occur early when instances of bullying,
harassment or other unacceptable behaviours are alleged. These situations are often complex, and our range of complementary skills and extensive experience in management, occupational health and safety, organisational behaviour, and investigation and mediation processes assures a comprehensive, reliable result. We work
within a network of highly skilled professionals who can provide timely
and effective support.
Assessments and policy reviews
Evaluation and improvement of existing policy and procedures, and the quality of their implementation, is an important first step in preventing workplace bullying. This is an essential part of a proactive risk management approach. Typically, this involves an assessment of current problems, review of the the
existing procedures, and design of more effective strategies for
identifying and controlling workplace bullying.
Keynote addresses
We are available to give keynote addresses on current topics in workplace bullying at your organisation’s event or seminar, and are experienced at giving interactive, practical, evidence-based talks that capitalise on our presentation skills. For example, we have often provided intensive question-and-answer style forums for staff already familiar with the fundamental issues.
Training
We are experienced at developing and conducting training in workplace bullying awareness for
people at all levels of an organisation. Training is typically run in
small groups, and is tailored to the specific needs of
the organisation. Usually we visit the workplace to assess the training needs and then design the program. Training may be about general bullying awareness, harassment and discrimination or other unacceptable behaviours. Training is delivered in the context of the organisation's policies,
procedures and general compliance requirements.
